Refund Policy

Returns

Since all the items sold on this website are freshly baked food products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they've been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for the following reasons:

• If you received the wrong items. You will need to take a photo of your items with the packaging slip within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 
• If your package was lost by the mail carrier, or never delivered to your address. (If the customers package wasn't delivered due to customers error inputting the correct address, no refund will be issued.)
